Rules And Regulations

General Rules

- Your opinions are allowed ( except for non-tolerated behaviour )
- Being an active poster, not just a spammer or leecher
- Posting in the correct forums
- Don't use CAPS in ur post, it could look offensive
- Help out others, especially new members
- Respect decisions of the staff, as they are usually FINAL
- If you have a problem with another member, Pm an admin or Mod. We'll try to solve it.
- No advertising allowed unless with staff permission
- Each forum member may have only one account.

Avatar Rules

- Its size cannot be greater than 150x200 pixels ( height x width )
- It shouldn't be offensive in any way
- Site name on the avatar is not allowed
- Any form of Nudity is prohibited as well (keep the forum family friendly).

Signature Rules

- Images placed in the signature cannot be offensive in any way
- One or max two images can be used in the signature only
- Advertising any site in the signature is strongly prohibited ( will resolve in the signature deletion and a warning! )
- Signature should not contain no more than one link.
- Image placed in the signature cannot be bigger than 300x600 pixels ( height x width )

Posting Rules

- Do not post hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials!
- Do not post any message that is obscene, vulgar, ***ually orientated, homophobic, hateful, racist, threatening or that may violate any laws.
- Information is crucial so always add it to Your post ( screenshots, if available, as well )
- Spamming is NOT allowed in any conditions
- Always add a VALID link.
- Do not finish someones request when others are trying to, you give them no confidence
- No trading/selling or Auction! This is not a trade site or ebay.
- Unparliamentary Language Should Not Be Used
- Test the link before u post it !
- Reply Something Sensible (We don't Want Any Replies Like "dgjsfgkdj" or "hi" Thank You or thanks Looks Much Better)
- Do not Flood our board.
- Starting a thread about post count celebrations is only allowed when a member has reached the following numbers: 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000
- Do not double post in any topic
- Posting in topics that have been dead for one week will cause a warning
- Do not write where your message has been sent from

Request Rules

- Take Your time to and use the SEARCH function to see whether a similar request has already been made
- Request should be made in the appropriate sections
- Don't make requests in topic's we have a request section
- Do not request stuff that is out of this planet ( Barbie 2030, My future wife, ... )
- Do not request hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials!
- Do not ask for Credit Card numbers, IP addresses, usernames, passwords, fake IDs etc.!
- Do not request porn/other offensive content
- Be precise when requesting: write EXACTLY what you are searching for
- Do not bump a request if nobody replied to your question. You have to wait at least 24 hours until you bump your request.
- When a request is fulfilled please take Your time to PM a moderator to Lock/Move the topic.
- Do say "Thank You" to those, who helped You

Warning System

A maximum of 3 warnings can be given to a member of this forum.
These can be earned by breaking any of the above rules.

After the 3rd warning given, Your account will be banned

If u Get Banned, It depends of the reason, we let you back after some time so in other words we decide if you can come back

Ways to get a WARNING or a BAN

- Arguing with a MOD/ADMIN. They have the warning and ban buttons, you don't.
- Reposts ( one mistake can happen, if it happens often you will receive an official warning )
- Double-posts (a big no no)
- Posting or sending privates messages containing porn content (if found posted warning or ban will be given)
- Excessive swearing (if You get caught, a warning will be given)
- Requesting hacking/cracking/phreaking/flooding/spamming utilities
- Requesting porn/other offensive content (also by PM)
- Advertising other forums / site without permission of admin's.
- PM-Spam

Results Of Breakage

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the reduction of your post count, use of the mingertron (change of avatar/signature and access limits), or in extreme circumstances, a permanent ban. In circumstances where an intentional or malicious attack is made on the forum or any user we reserve the right to publish IP addresses and other information that will identify the source.
